Irene Harrington, President of Harrington Strategies, is a Metallurgical Engineering graduate of the University of Cincinnati. She worked for 20 years in the steel and materials distribution industries. She is experienced in customer relations, technical service, product development, quality improvements and project management. Harrington has demonstrated her ability to help clients enhance productivity and position their organizations for growth.

Projecting her manufacturing industry expertise into a second career, Harrington is now in her sixth year as a Strategic Business Partner and Regional Director with Profiles International, Inc., the Assessment Company. In the role of helping organizations align for success, Harrington has worked with companies of all sizes to significantly improve their ability to hire and develop the most productive people.

In addition, Harrington is active in her profession in the community. She is a member of the San Antonio Human Resources Association, San Antonio Manufacturer's Association, The Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, American Society for Training and Development - San Antonio, and the San Antonio Women's Chamber of Commerce.
